The Edge of Purpose is a documentary that profiles nine individuals who have built unique routes to success by following their passions in relentless pursuit of meaning. Capturing the essence of the human experience, this deeply moving film is a unique exploration of what it means to have a purpose. Notably, the films characters span a diverse set of disciplines across art, athletics, business, and the environmental conservation — featuring the likes of renowned National Geographic photographer Cristina Mittermeier and influential human development scholar William Damon PhD. The film was uniquely developed by Jonah Moshammer with student filmmakers from The Riekes Center. It has screened at the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival and Chagrin Documentary Film Festival, among others.
